No stress at all — we bring everything needed for your treatment.
All I ask is that you have:
- A quiet, warm space where the massage table can be set up
- Enough room to move comfortably around the table
- A couple of cushions or pillows if you have them (optional)
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals just before your appointment. Soft lighting and a calm atmosphere can help you relax, but this is completely optional — we take care of the rest.
