Please note, there is a minimum spend of £68 per home visit, outside of the St.Austell area. Appointments are available Wednesday to Sunday 10am – 9pm and by special arrangement at other times in which case an out of working hours surcharge fee applies. Prices quoted are within a 5 mile zone of PL26 7AX St.Austell Cornwall, we can travel free-of-charge within this zone anything beyond this radius a surcharge will be added on to distance and time. This includes purchases of Gift Cards, travel will have to be paid on top of the gift card amount.

We also treat both men & women for all therapies.

Coronavirus Safety Measures

Please can you have two large towels, ready on my arrival.

We please ask that you advise me in advance of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your choice of treatment when making your booking with me. If you are pregnant, please notify me at the time of booking, as there are some treatments that are not recommended. We can offer a free telephone consultation to discuss and advise on your individual needs, so please get in touch to discuss in more detail.

Could you also inform us at the time of booking, what the parking arrangements are.

Please note – treatment times shown do not include the initial face-to-face consultation time with me. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for your appointment.

Booking Terms & Conditions

To confirm your appointment, full payment is required in advance. As treatments are provided in the comfort of your home, this policy has been introduced following previous instances where payment was not received after services were rendered.

This ensures a reliable and professional experience for all clients.

Cancellations

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund—no questions asked.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: Appointments booked using a gift card are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with sufficient notice.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via bank transfer or through a secure card payment link. Details will be provided upon booking.

Gift Voucher Refund Policy

Please note that all gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a voucher has been purchased, we are unable to offer a refund, even if it is no longer wanted or has not been used.

We recommend confirming the recipient and details before completing your purchase.

The Secret Spa Cornwall – Home Spa Group Bookings Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum Booking Requirement
    All home spa group bookings for 20-minute treatments require a minimum of 6 people. This is to ensure that we can provide a full and relaxing spa experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
  2. Travel & Setup
    Our mobile spa team will arrive approximately 30–45 minutes before the first scheduled treatment to allow time for setup. Please ensure adequate space, lighting, and access to power if required.
  3. Booking Confirmation 
     To secure your appointment, full payment is kindly required in advance.
  4. Cancellations & Changes
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will forfeit a fee. Changes to the number of guests or treatment times must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  5. Health & Safety
    All clients must complete a short consultation form prior to their treatment to ensure it is safe and suitable. Certain conditions may prevent some treatments from being performed.
  6. Location Requirements
    The host is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and quiet environment for the duration of the treatments. We recommend a warm room, free of distractions, to enhance the spa experience.
  7. Travel Fees
    Travel within 5 miles of St.Austell is included. Locations beyond this may incur an additional travel fee, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
